DFDS Canal Tours’ entire fleet consists of 16 new boats; six of which are covered ones where the windows may be opened if needed.
DFDS Canal Tours’ boats are chartered all year around for private arrangements and, normally, all our tours include a guide that speaks Danish & English, but the tours may also be without guide, according to your wishes.
Renting one of our boats gives you the opportunity to design your own round trip in the harbour and canals. The chartered tour may begin and end at any point in the harbour; provided the jetty is safe. The chartered tour is made according to your wishes, as long as it is within the Copenhagen harbour. We have a successful cooperation with sublime lecturers, should you wish to give your guests a unique experience. We offer special tour programmes where lecturers tell about Copenhagen’s impressive architecture and interesting history. We also offer alternative tours through the canals with a stand-up comedian or a swinging jazz band.

Run away to sea - not away from the food!
Our covered boats hold up to 144 guests (104 under glass roof), and it is possible for 66 and 54 persons respectively to dine at tables for 6 while sitting in the comfortable leather sofas. It is possible to open the boat's glass roof windows, and the boats are heated during winter and cooler periods. Prices:
The chartering of a boat for one hour (50 minutes) is DKK 3200,-. In July and August the price is DKK 3600,-. (The prices are free of V.A.T.). Prices may differ for dinner cruises and evening trips directly to Trekroner Fortress and back.
